What is Oracle Integration Cloud?

OIC is Oracle's managed integration platform. It offers prebuilt adapters, visual mapping, process automation and monitoring, hosted on OCI.

Can OIC connect non-Oracle applications?

Yes. It includes adapters for Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Shopify, databases, FTP and generic REST/SOAP, so almost anything can be connected.

OIC or SyncBIT — which one do I need?

OIC suits organisations standardising on Oracle Cloud with many enterprise systems. SyncBIT is a lightweight option for NetSuite-centric integrations. We'll recommend the right fit honestly.
